Why vegan, organic, local?

We believe that choosing delicious food free of animal products and as organic and locally sourced as possible is the most sustainable and compassionate act we can take for people, animals, and the environment. This philosophy of kindness toward all animals and the earth infuses everything we do: from food cart artcatering, and cooking classes, to the use of reclaimed and/or compostable materials.

Delectable vegan street food prepared with love. We couldn’t decide between the Blueberry Banana Peanut Butter Pancakes, Crimini Scramble, and Smoked Turtle Bean Breakfast Tacos, so we ordered them all. Everything was so thoroughly scrumptious, I just might have to move to Bend so I can eat here all the time!

This is the best food in Bend. I’ve had burritos, tacos, and tostadas. I *need* try the biscuits. Rich is friendly and always remembers me. I eat here once or twice a week.

I’ve been flooded with texts and calls about how great it was!

I was fortunate to be at a party that A Broken Angel was catering, and while I’d heard of this amazing food cart for a long time, I finally got to try it — and it was all absolutely delicious! From the tofu tacos to the vegetables to the biscuits + mushroom gravy, all was outstanding! Looking forward to visiting Bend and trying more delicious menu items.
